ImOn’s referral program is our way of rewarding you – new customers and giving you a chance to earn rewards by helping to spread the news that ImOn is coming to your neighborhood!
You can earn rewards in two different ways:
- By referring a friend, family member, or neighbor to ImOn. You receive $50 off your ImOn bill for every referral that signs up for ImOn service!*
- By signing up early for ImOn service before it goes live in your neighborhood. The earlier you sign up, the better the reward!
Friends and Family Referral Program –
ImOn’s referral program is our way of rewarding new customers and giving you a chance to earn rewards by helping to spread the news that ImOn is coming to your neighborhood. For every friend you refer to ImOn (and they sign up and installed with ImOn service) you receive a $50 ImOn bill credit in the form of five $10 credits.* Just tell your friend to include your name in the box that ask who referred them to ImOn during the sign up process. You will see the credits applied to your account after your friend or family member has been an ImOn customer for 30 days.
Fiberhood Referral Program –
We are giving you additional rewards just for being one of the first people to sign up for ImOn service in your Fiberhood!
What is a Fiberhood? Your home address is part of a designated Fiberhood and your neighbors are likely part of it as well. It is how we organize neighborhoods to determine construction and service availability. Not sure which Fiberhood you are in? Enter your address and zip code here to find your Fiberhood.
What are the rewards? If you take advantage of the early bird offer and sign up prior to your Fiberhood going live you’ll receive an additional reward! The earlier you sign up the better the reward you receive!
50% of your Fiberhood goal has been met – If you are one of the first 1-50% of people to sign up for ImOn service in your Fiberhood, once your Fiberhood reaches 50% of it’s goal – you receive an EXTRA $15 one-time bill credit.
100% of your Fiberhood goal has been met – If you are one of the first 1-100% of people to sign up for ImOn service in your Fiberhood, once your Fiberhood reaches 100% of it’s goal – everyone who signed up early will be entered into a FREE YEAR OF SERVICE drawing!!!
This additional credit is on top of the early bird savings offer you will receive, that includes a FREE install. So start talking to your neighbors and encourage them to take advantage of early sign up savings. As you work as a neighborhood to get to the sold milestones, you’ll be rewarded with the additional bonus rewards! But just remember you need to make it to the sold milestones prior to your Fiberhood going live in order to receive the extra bonus!
How do I find out what percentage sold my Fiberhood is at?
Visit our Fiberhood Status page and click on your city’s page. Then, find your Fiberhood in the correct Phase and check what your Fiberhood’s percentage is to goal. This will tell you which reward level you will receive!

*Friends and Family Referral Program: Referral must be initiated online prior to new customer’s subscription to ImOn service. Installation of a new ImOn subscriber must occur within sixty (60) days of the online referral. After sixty (60) days, the referral is no longer valid for this promotion. Your friend must be installed, and remain a customer for at least 30 days, and be in good payment standing before your credits are processed. If your friend cancels their account during the payment period, all remaining referral credits are forfeited. A referral credit has no cash value, is non-transferable and will not be refunded. Offer available to new residential customers located in ImOn’s serviceable areas only. The terms of this program may be changed at any time without notice. Offer is a limited time offer and may expire without notice. You may earn $50 per new customer referred to ImOn Communications. Each $50 referral credit comes in the form of five consecutive $10 monthly bill credits. Limit of 15 new customer friend referrals per calendar year. Credit cannot exceed the amount of the bill.
Fiberhood Referral Program: additional bill credit is a one-time credit added to your bill within first 60 days of service being activated. To receive the credit you must sign up prior to service being available at your home and the percentage sold milestone must be hit.
**Free Year of Service Drawing is for residential services only and does not includes taxes and fees. Free year of service applies to existing ImOn service at time of drawing. To be eligible the entrant name must be the name on the eligible ImOn account. The winner will be randomly drawn. Winner will be notified via phone or email within 48 hours of the drawing. Non-transferable, winner may not substitute the prize for any other prize or for cash. Winner agrees to allow ImOn Communications to use their name and photo for promotional purposes. Employees and immediate family are not eligible to win a free year of service.
